When me and my partner first bought this product, in just over a month the battery pack started smoking and the entire thing stopped working. We went to the store and bought a second one, registered it this time (only a 30 day warranty by the way), and again just over a month the cords came apart on the inside. It is impossible to self-repair. This product may be the "ultimate in erotic excitement," but don't expect that erotic excitement to last more than a month.
